What the 10% is charged on
Media the platforms report as delivered — never on a budget you set. If you budget $1,000 and $600 delivers, the fee is 10% of $600.
It is the same on both plans, so the plan never changes what Willow earns from your spending. That is deliberate: the tier decides what a campaign may optimise toward, and nothing about how money moves.
Your media is not billed by Willow
Campaigns run inside your own Meta and TikTok ad accounts, and the platforms charge your own payment method for the advertising directly. Willow never holds, receives or marks up your budget — there is no wallet to top up and no balance to fund.
So a month with Willow is two separate bills: whatever the platforms charged you for media, and Willow’s subscription plus 10%.
The free month
Your first 30 days waive the subscription. The 10% on delivered media still applies, because it is proportional to spend you chose to make and covers management that really happened.
The clock starts when you connect a card, not when you sign up — getting ad account and page access approved can take days, and a trial spent waiting is not a trial of the product. Nothing is charged when you add the card.
How billing works
Monthly in arrears, after a month closes, against the card on your account. Each invoice shows the subscription and the 10% separately, so “why is this month more” is answerable without asking us.
An unpaid invoice pauses delivery after 7 days; paying resumes it. Your reports stay readable throughout — the delivery a bill is calculated from is exactly what you need to see.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who collect any tax that applies in your country on top of the amounts above.
Cancelling
No minimum term and no cancellation fee — remove Willow’s access to your ad accounts and it stops. See the refund policy for what happens to fees already charged.
