Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address and company name, given at signup.
• Your brief — what you tell Willow about your objective, customer, product and brand, plus the creative you upload.
• Advertising results — impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and placement breakdowns, read from Meta and TikTok for the accounts you connect.
• Connection identifiers — the IDs of the ad account, page or identity, and pixel or dataset you share with Willow.
• Card label — the brand and last four digits only.
• Activity records — a log of changes made to your campaigns and who or what made them, kept so every decision is auditable.

• Full card numbers. Payment details go directly to Paddle and never reach Willow's servers.
• Your advertising budget. The platforms bill your own ad account, so no customer money passes through Willow.
• Your website visitors' data. Conversion tracking uses your own pixel or dataset — Willow references it and never installs one of its own on your property, so we do not become a controller of your visitors' data or strand your history if you leave.

To operate the service you asked for: building and running your campaigns, billing the fee, reporting results, and keeping an auditable record of what was changed and why. Willow does not sell your data, does not share it for advertising to you, and does not use one customer’s results to advertise for another.

Account and campaign data are kept while your account is open and for 12 months after closure, so that historical reporting and billing questions can be answered. Invoices and billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your account and its contents. Email hello@willow.blu7.io from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

Data held in your own ad accounts, page or pixel is not Willow’s to delete — it stays with you, which is the point of the arrangement. Removing Willow’s partner access ends our ability to read it.

Access to customer data is restricted to the operators who run the service. Third-party credentials you provide are encrypted at rest. Communication with Willow is over TLS. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
