Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Willow, a managed advertising service operated by PT Baruna Lentera Utama. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Willow does

Willow plans, launches and optimises advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok on your behalf. You provide a brief and your creative; Willow builds the campaigns, publishes them, and adjusts budgets, bids and creative rotation while they run.

Willow is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok Pte. Ltd.

Your accounts stay yours

Willow operates inside advertising accounts you own, as a partner you grant access to and can remove at any time. This is structural rather than a courtesy:

  • Your ad account is yours. Willow is added as a partner and can be removed by you without our involvement.
  • The advertising platforms bill you directly for media. Willow never holds, receives or disburses your advertising budget.
  • Ads are published under your own Facebook Page or TikTok identity, which you share with Willow and can revoke.
  • Any conversion tracking uses your own pixel or dataset. Willow references it and never installs one of its own on your property.
  • If you stop using Willow, your campaigns, history and audiences remain in your accounts.

What you are responsible for

  • The accuracy of the brief you provide, including claims about your product, and any regulatory approvals your advertising requires.
  • Owning or licensing the creative you upload, and the rights to any brand, logo or likeness in it.
  • Compliance of your business and advertising with the platforms' own policies. The platforms may reject or pause advertising at their discretion, and Willow cannot override that.
  • Paying the platforms for media delivered to your ad account.

Willow screens the copy and creative it generates against its own content policy, but you remain the advertiser of record for everything published from your accounts.

Fees

Willow charges two things, and only these:

  • A monthly subscription — Base at $14.99 or Core at $24.99 per month.
  • 10% of media that actually delivered, on either plan. This is charged on spend reported by the platforms, not on budgets you set.

Media itself is never charged by Willow. The platforms bill your own ad account for it directly, on whatever payment method you have given them.

Both fees are billed monthly in arrears, after a month has closed, against the payment method on your Willow account. Each invoice shows the two amounts separately.

Free trial

Your first 30 days waive the subscription only. The 10% on delivered media still applies during the trial, because it is proportional to spend you chose to make and covers management that actually happened.

The trial begins when you connect a payment method, not when you sign up — setting up ad account and page access can take days, and a trial spent waiting is not a trial of the product. Nothing is charged at the moment you add a card. The trial starts once and replacing a card later does not restart it.

Non-payment

If an invoice is unpaid, delivery of your campaigns is paused 7 days after it was issued. Paying settles it and resumes what the suspension paused — campaigns you paused yourself stay paused.

A suspended account remains readable. Your reports and data stay available, because the delivery an unpaid invoice is calculated from is exactly what you need to see.

Cancelling

You may stop using Willow at any time by removing its access to your advertising accounts, or by telling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Fees accrued up to that point are invoiced as usual — the subscription for the current period and the 10% on media already delivered — and are refundable under our refund policy like any other charge.

Willow may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, that repeatedly breaches platform policy, or that leaves invoices unpaid.

Payments and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle handles billing, collects any applicable tax, and issues your receipt. Your order is therefore also subject to Paddle’s terms as the seller of record.

Willow never sees or stores your full card details. Only the card brand and last four digits are retained, so you can tell which card is on file.

No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on your product, market, creative, budget and the platforms’ own auctions. Willow commits to managing your campaigns diligently and reporting honestly on what happened. It does not guarantee any particular level of reach, conversions, revenue or cost per result.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Willow’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid Willow in the three months preceding the claim. Willow is not liable for media spend, for the platforms’ decisions about your account, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change as the service changes. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account before they take effect. Continuing to use Willow after that constitutes acceptance.
