Refund Policy

Any charge from Willow can be refunded in full within 14 days of that charge. That covers both things we bill:

• The monthly subscription — the fee for access to Willow.
• The 10% management fee — charged on media the platforms report as delivered.

You do not need to give a reason, and nothing about how you used the service in the meantime affects it.

Email hello@willow.blu7.io telling us which invoice. We reply within two business days.

You can also request a refund from Paddle directly. Paddle is our merchant of record, so Paddle’s name is what appears on your statement, and every receipt links to their buyer portal.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle credits card refunds within three to five working days and PayPal refunds within 48 hours; your bank may take longer to show it.

If a charge looks wrong, please contact us or Paddle before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. A refund is faster than a chargeback and does not interrupt your service.

You can cancel at any time by removing Willow’s access to your advertising accounts, or by telling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Anything charged in the 14 days before you cancel is refundable on the terms above, like any other charge.

Worth being clear about, because it is the largest number involved. Your advertising budget is billed by Meta and TikTok to your own ad account, on the payment method you gave them. That money never reaches Willow, so it never appears on a Willow invoice or a Paddle receipt, and it is not something we could refund or charge in the first place.

What Willow charges is the subscription and the 10% management fee, and both are covered by this policy.

Your first 30 days waive the subscription, and they start when you connect a payment method rather than at signup — so the trial is spent using the product rather than waiting for ad account access to be approved.

Willow is operated by PT Baruna Lentera Utama, 3rd Floor, Rukan Crown, Jl. Green Lake City Boulevard No. 15 Blok F, Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15147, Indonesia. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
